3DE – First of all; Would you please shortly introduce yourself?
N.S- My name is Nada Shehab a 24 years old Egyptian. I graduated in 2017 and I have Bachelor Degree in Interior Design and furniture. I will be getting my Master Degree in interior design soon .
3DE – How and when did you get involved in 3d business?
N.S-During my college education which began in 2015, I started to learn programs like Autocad, 3ds max and Photoshop to visualize my works. After the graduation, I worked in an interior design Office in UAE for about 6 months. After that I returned back to my country Egpt and started to work as a freelancer for many reasons. The most importanta reason is that I wanted to improve my designs, works and my visualization.
3DE – Which 3d software do you use as main programme?
N.S-My main programme is Autocad, 3ds max and Photoshop. But I also use Revit, 360 Fusion and Sketchup as well.
3DE – Which render engine do you use to render your scenes?
N.S-Vray 3.6 and soon I hope to learn another Render Engine like corona 🙂
3DE – We see that you always work on interior scenes. Is there a special reason for this?
N.S- hhhhhh yes of course .I studied interior design for about 5 years in my department and now I wilL come back to complete the master degree because I love my career in interior design. l love details like ceiling , walls , furnitures , materials . colors and compositions . Many people work in both interior and exterior but as for me; I need to focus on interior to become one of the most famous interior designers. Interior designers get their inspirations from many sources. Taking all of those inspirations and applying them to a space, while adding touches of each client’s personality is what makes my job so challenging and fun! Each space that I design, I want to reveal my client’s personality and not mine As a professional Interior Designer, my top priority is creating beautiful functional spaces, yet designing a space to be unique to each client . Interior design is a pleasure for me, not just a work ! .
3DE – Would you please tell us what kind of process do you follow while creating a scene?
N.S-Yes of course . Firstly After I decided the style that I will work with for my design, I searched for references for inspiration. My most favorite references source is Pinterest. It’s so amazing to get inspiration. I decide the overall materials and colors. After that I search for really good models, textures, maps, accessories and ready made scenes. And I focus on majör materials. After I got all I need, I start to make lighting test and when I’m satisfied with lighting, I pass to rendering process.
3DE – Do you use Photoshop or a similiar software for post-production?
N.S-Yes sure! Photoshop is so important as makeup for a girl because the final touches of the image really affect in the work
3DE – What kind of difficulties do you face in this interior design business?
N.S-Some edits demanded by some clients but actually I always tell myself it’s fair because it’s their right choose their home or design .
3DE – What’s your main goal for the future?
N.S-I hope one day I become one of the most famous interior designers in the world especially in Arabic 3d world.
3DE – What’s your advices for newbies?
Patience.
Passion.
Learning every day.
Follow and see professional works every day.
Do not look at anyone , look to others to learn from them.Do not hurry, take your time and don’t care about haters !

When you feelin disappointment do something you love ! And then come back to your work
